The workouts here will be a collection of video's and instructional content from different sources and for different age and ability levels. We both want to encourage some strength increases, flexibility, and motor coordination. This list of workouts will grow as I come across additional good workouts/exercises that I think will be good for the students. Workouts don't need to be completed in full and likely may not. If you want further assistance with helping your student do one that you see please ask.
